Shipping policy

All of our products are made to order. Please allow 2–7 business days for production before your order ships. Most orders arrive within 7 days. During holidays, sales events, or periods of high order volume, production times may be longer.

Estimated shipping times vary based on the product, destination, and carrier. Delivery estimates shown at checkout are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for carrier delays, customs delays, or shipping issues outside our control.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If a package is returned due to an invalid or undeliverable address, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.

Please allow 3–5 business days after your order has shipped for delivery.
